为推广理大中华文化艺术坊所秉持着的核心价值 —— 自愿、文化、培育及慈善，本坊自创立以来坚守着信念，让坊员们筹备旗下活动之余，能从中培养自发性并弘扬传统优良的文化、道德与艺术。本坊所举办的旗下活动也强化对社会大众的意识与责任。无疑是以实际行动回馈社会上有需要的人士。
In order to promote the core values of USM SKKT, which are the Volunteerism, Culture, Cultivation, and Charity (1V3C), USM SKKT always involves the undergraduates in organising and managing events. This can increase the consciousness about the Chinese culture among the young generations and at the same time, produce undergraduates who are excellent in Chinese culture, morals and arts. By this way, USM SKKT creates social awareness and contributes back to the society with practical actions.
理大文化艺术节是属理大中华文化艺术坊旗下所筹办的活动。筹办此活动的目的是为了促进学生对文化与艺术的欣赏，从而激发各个族群的学生对文化与艺术的顾惜和吸引公众与各大企业对传承文化与艺术的关注。理大文化艺术节的活动宗旨是希望通过多元文化与艺术使大众之间维持着良好的友谊情谊，从而培养大学生与他人建立良好关系。除此之外，我们坚信能够透过这项活动培育出擅于建立良好友谊精神的优秀领导者。
Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) Arts and Culture Festival is an event that aims to foster the appreciation of arts and culture among students, regardless of their races. This celebration hopes to advance the arts and cultures to university students from various races in order to attract the attention of the public and corporate sectors about the arts and cultures. Our event aims to achieve mental and spiritual balance of the brotherhood as expounded throughout the multi culture and arts. Through this, we emphasize the importance of building meaningful relationships among university students. We also strongly believe that development of camaraderie among students is a key tenet to nurture our future leaders.
理大中秋嘉年华自2013年承办至今，可说是理大中华文化艺术坊旗下的大型活动之一。它由十二个部门相互协力，从零资金打造一个别开生面的中秋嘉年华。同时，此活动亦是许多第一年级生在大学首次参与的文化活动。理大中秋扮演的角色不仅是提升大学生与大众对传统节日与文化的醒觉，亦是发掘和展现理大生才华的多元化平台，让大学生在学习之余，还能发挥所长。
Since 2013, USM Mid-Autumn Festival has been one of the major events under Chinese Arts and Cultural Secretariat of USM (USM SKKT). It is formed by 12 departments where all departments work together to bring the USM Mid-Autumn Festival to a success. Besides, it can be said as the first Chinese cultural activity for most of the first-year students in Universiti Sains Malaysia. USM Mid-Autumn Festival aims to enhance the awareness among the university students and the public regarding the importance of inheriting Chinese traditions and culture. It also works as a platform in discovering the talents of university students and strengthening their soft skills.
理大新春慈善庆典承办至今，主要是以继承和推广中华文化活动及保留中华传统节日为主要目的。理大新春不仅仅是在校内提高新年气息，当中的慈善活动也扮演了重要角色。
慈善是理大新春慈善庆典的活动亮点之一，理大新春一部分的筹款与赞助资金将捐献予其受益单位，以达到“取之社会，用之社会”的道理。由于理大新春慈善庆典以文化之夜的表演为活动主打，所以每年的活动场地都设于可容纳3千人以上的理科大学总院校大礼堂（DTSP）进行。
The USM Chinese New Year Charity Gala Celebration is an annual event that aims to foster the appreciation of Chinese culture among students, regardless of their race. Besides enhancing the festive atmosphere of Chinese New Year in USM, charity also plays an important role in The USM Chinese New Year Charity Gala Celebration.
Charity is one of the highlights of The USM Chinese New Year Charity Gala Celebration as part of the funds will be donated to the beneficiary units in order to fulfill the social responsibility to contribute back to the society with real actions. The USM Chinese New Year Charity Gala Celebration is focused on the stage performances on Cultural Night, therefore, The USM Chinese New Year Charity Gala Celebration will be held at Dewan Tuanku Syed Putra, USM Main Campus which can accommodate more than 3,000 audience.
为更有效地达到本坊的宗旨，理大中华文化艺术坊也通过常年活动，让大专生们强化与提升自身对于中华文化的认知。通过举办各类活动，我们希望不只是大专生们能够参与其中，也期望社会大众能够因为这些活动，从而了解到本坊想要传达的讯息与价值观。
In order to achieve the missions of Chinese Arts and Cultural Secretariat of USM (USM SKKT) more effectively, USM SKKT through its Annual Events to enhance the understanding of undergraduates towards Chinese arts and culture. By organizing various events, we hope that not only the undergraduates can take part in it, but also the public. This is to ensure that everyone receives the messages and values we want to convey.
除了常年活动外，理大中华文化艺术坊亦曾受国内外组织邀请一同协办多项活动。无论在文化传承、智力挑战或是体能运动类的活动，本坊将不遗余力地向大众推广，以让大学生在身心体能上得以发展。
Besides all the Annual Events, Chinese Arts and Cultural Secretariat of USM (USM SKKT) has also been invited by some local and international organizations to cooperate in organizing various events. In addition to promoting the Chinese culture, we also do our best in organizing intellectual and physical activities in order to develop students' physical and mental strength.
