CHARITY EVENTS
理大中华文化艺术坊在推广文化艺术类活动之余，亦强化对社会的意识与责任，筹办慈善活动以绵薄之力散播爱的种子。通过售卖及寄送暖心宵夜给各个宿舍的学生，再把所筹得的盈余以物质或非物质的方式全部捐献给受惠团体。此外，为让坊员能够切身体会自愿行善或志愿者的意义，此活动亦前往受惠团体替他们改造现有的环境，打扫、布置、油漆等，让折翼天使能够拥有更好的生活环境。
Chinese Arts and Cultural Secretariat of USM (USM SKKT) has actively promoted the Chinese arts and culture, and we also hold the responsibility of social contribution by organizing charity activities to spread love. We sold and delivered heart-warming supper to students' doorstep, all the profits from this activity were donated to the beneficiary groups in monetary or non-monetary ways. In addition, we encouraged the spirit of voluntarism in students by cleaning, decorating and painting the beneficiary units in order to provide them a better and comfortable environment. We hope that these actions can help them to improve their living quality.

2020 | 一同对抗新冠肺炎 Fight COVID-19
随着新型冠状病毒（COVID-19）疫情持续，政府所实施的全国行动管制令将延长两周。马来西亚理科大学决定采取几项措施以保护学生与工作人员的健康和福利。为此，理大中华文化艺术坊亦为校方尽一份心意，乐捐善款与捐赠食品予校方以示对前线工作人员的支持与鼓励！感谢前线工作人员的努力与坚持，我们向您致敬！
希望各位社会人士协助尽一份绵力帮助与支持前线工作人员。疫情期间，大家绝对要乖乖留守在家或宿舍、与他人保持安全距离和勤洗手以保持个人卫生与健康！
As the outbreak of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is getting serious and the Movement Control Period has been extended for another two weeks, USM has taken several measures to protect and ensure the welfare of students and staff of USM. Besides donating to USM COVID-19 Fund, Chinese Arts and Cultural Secretariat of USM (USM SKKT) also show concerted support to USM by donating and distributing food and drinks to the frontliners of USM. We hope that our actions can be the encouragement and support to all the frontliners who shoulder the responsibility to fight for USM.
Each and everyone of us can play a part in supporting the frontliners. Let’s stay at home or hostel, practise social distancing, wash our hands frequently and take good care of ourselves.
2018 | 一厘米的温暖 A Healing Touch
一厘米，在测量事物时可以造成很大的误差；然而，人与人之间的一厘米却是有着温度的小差距。一厘米对我们而言或许只是一个很小的距离，但对有需要的群体而言可能会是个巨大的影响。当大家都愿意多付出一厘米的温暖，人与人之间就会靠近多一厘米。此活动的宗旨就是希望大学生和社会可以以自己的能力把温暖带给有需要的群体，就算只有小小的一厘米。 《一厘米的温暖》是由活动筹委透过义卖筹款，再把筹到的款项捐赠给慈善机构。因此，活动筹委也被称为温暖特工。在理大校园内，温暖特工一连四天设立摊位让理大生进行购买食物配套和乐捐活动， 让理大生们也能为慈善献上一份绵力。
A Healing Touch has funded the Peace and Harmony Home and Persatuan Kebajikan Komuniti Taman Lip Sin (PKKTLS) with paid a visit and replenished the surroundings in the hope that these little efforts might create a better life for them. We hope this could help those who are in need now and then, not neglecting the well-being of anyone as well as spreading the love and warmth to every corner of society.
2017 | 爱 · 童在一起 Be With You
一张五令吉，能换来的价值远超过我们所拥有的。五令吉，换取的不仅仅是一份爱心配套，同时也换取了如意之家的小朋友们最真挚无邪的笑容。感谢支持《爱•童在一起》的每一位，因为你们一份份的心意，让在如意之家的小朋友们得到更多的快乐以及关心。筹委们谨代表所有的小孩向您至上衷心的谢意，感恩大家在这一路上的帮助与支持，足以为这些小天使增添一丝温暖！
A million thanks to everyone who has supported 'Be With You'! Your little contribution made a big impact and brought happiness and warmth to the children in Ru Yi Home! Once again we are here to convey the appreciation on behalf of them and nonetheless everyone that helped us in the journey of making this action a heartwarming one, which absolutely added joy to the little angels in our society!
2016 | 致 · 折翼天使 Dear Fallen Angels
我们是幸福平安的人类，而无助的他们是掉落人间，需要我们帮助的天使。助人为快乐之本，向折翼天使们伸出援手，让他们感受人间温情，对您我来说并不是个难题。如果小小举动便能改变他们的人生，帮助他们勇敢飞翔，何乐而不为呢？
We are happy and safe mortals, and they are the angels who fell upon the Earth, the Fallen Angels who need us. If your little action can change their life and help them be brave to fly high, then why not to lend a helping hand? Do not stop in spreading the love and care, uphold the spirit of helping others to be happy, let them feel the warmth from you.
2014 | Pantai Timur Needs You
2014年杪东海岸水灾持续恶化，部分罹难地区亦无法通行，灾民状况更是雪上加霜。理大中华文化艺术坊于此刻伸出必要的援手，在宿舍以及校内人流量较多的地点设立了摊位募款，让乐于捐赠的有心人士共同为灾民们尽一份绵力。团队也利用了筹募到的款项，购买日用及必需品，让灾民们得以渡过难关。秉着有钱出钱，有力出力的理念，此次募款得到了巨大的回响，也成功吸引多位热心的理大生前来支援和捐助。
Ending of Year 2014 was a disaster for Pantai Timur as they had a big flood covered the whole area, blocked the traffic and it had terribly interrupted the mobility of the whole town. Members of Chinese Arts & Cultural Secretariat with voluntary heart took this challenge to help the victims over there by setting up booth to raise fund on buying daily essential items. This project supported by many kind students within USM.
