《夢•飛羊》主题取自“让梦飞扬”。大家常说“新年新希望”，就是祝愿各位在新的一年里能找到自己的梦想、各自的希望，带着梦想起飞；也希望各位勇于实现梦想，将不可能化为可能。马来西亚是个多元种族的国家，虽然不同的种族信仰都各自欢庆不一样的佳节，但大家都秉持着同样的理念与精神，相互尊重、互相扶持，共同编织这和谐的梦幻世界。

Fantasy Chévre with ‘Chévre’ taken from French words that have the same meaning as ‘Fantasy’. Coming with the theme of ‘Fantasy’, our team wants to make the Goat year full with imagination and dreams that can be achieved with teamwork. We want to make it a season full of possibilities where dreams can be achieved, where we can fly together with our dreams. Believing is what gives us the strength to achieve our dreams. Let’s make the impossible dreams become possible.

《夢•飛羊》的核心价值为“分享”，目的为向大众推广“施比受更有福”。秉持着这价值观，《夢•飛羊》的团队希望借着这个平台让大众能真正领悟及感受分享的快乐，使世界变得更美好。“分享”可以通过各种方式表现，其中就是与大家一起分享这梦幻的羊年。“分享”快乐、“分享”团队精神、“分享”爱便是《夢•飛羊》带出“分享”价值观的方式。
【Sharing】
Our core value is ‘Sharing’. ‘Sharing is caring’, the idiom that is known by almost everyone. Bringing the value of the idiom as our inspiration, our team wants to take these little steps in making the world a better place. ‘Sharing’ can be done in many ways, and by celebrating the Goat year in a fantasy way, is the way our team would like to share the joy of Chinese New Year celebration with everyone. ‘Sharing’ of ideas, ‘Sharing’ of happiness, ‘Sharing’ of team spirit, ‘Sharing’ of love are our ways to bring out the core value.

第九届理大新春慈善晚会《夢•飛羊》这非一般的新春庆典于2015年3月26日至2015年3月28日在理大总院校大礼堂（DTSP）举行。过往所举办的八届新春，公众及嘉宾给予的反应都非常积极，也成功聚集到不同种族的学生观赏这晚会。这便是第九届理大新春慈善晚会所有筹委们继续努力不懈的动力。当晚的活动节目包括了许多与梦幻结合的传统表演，加上司仪们的精彩表现，让晚会充满乐趣和惊喜。知名艺人林健辉和罗忆诗也为理大新春带来了精彩的表演。此外，展览的主题概念命名为“天堂般的新村”，成功将《夢•飛羊 》推到精彩的最高点！
The 9th USM Chinese New Year Charity Gala Evening 2015 ‘Fantasy Chévre’ which was organized by Chinese Arts and Cultural Secretariat of USM (USM SKKT) is a major annual event that plays an important role in the fostering of friendship among the students despite different ethics. We also aim to acquire the value of physical, emotional and intellectual capacities through teamwork, organization, management and planning of events. The programs included are performances which combine traditional arts with sense of fantasy together with the emcees that make the Charity Gala Evening an evening full of excitement and surprise. This gives the opportunity for the audiences to be closer to the Chinese culture while having fun. Besides that, Eric Lin and Yise Loo, the well-known artists are invited for the Charity Gala Evening. Their angelic voices are the highlight for the Gala Evening. In addition, the theme for exhibition ‘Fantasy Chévre’ is ‘Heavenly Village’ that makes the whole event a more fantasy one.
