【返璞归真】

小时候大家都有天马行空的想法。月亮为什么总是跟着自己走？嫦娥奔月和玉兔在月亮上如何生活？吴刚伐桂到底是用斧头还是锯子？各种各样的神话故事，各种各样的天马行空；可是随着慢慢长大，繁忙的课业、社交、工作、还有大学生满满的活动、生活上的烦恼，都把这些小时候的想象给埋了起来。面对现实的社会，只有脚踏实地，才是最重要的。2016年的理大中秋嘉年华，团队们想通过大家熟悉的神话故事，还有天马行空的创意，把大家带回到小时候那些无忧无虑的时光。

【Reminisce The Childhood Memories】

Have you ever thought that nothing is more pleasant to you than memories of your childhood which are free from worries? However the time of enjoyment, playfulness and innocence have been constrained by harsh reality as we grow up. ‘Reminisce The Childhood Memories’ represents that childhood fantasy is always much more special, comes with all kinds of strange ideas.

【童幻】

童年时分的回忆在每个人的心目中是最深刻也是最美好的，因此理大中秋嘉年华2016以“童幻”为主题，寓意着同年的幻想，唤起心里那最初的自己，一起寻回儿时梦幻般的童年，并勇于追求童年时的梦想。

【Childhood Fantasies】

Childhood is the best and the most memorable moment for everyone. Thus, the theme concept of USM Mid-Autumn Festival 2016 is ‘Childhood Fantasies’, which implies that reminiscing about childhood fantasies. Let’s pursue our childhood dreams and keep all the wonderful memories alive!

官方吉祥物 MASCOTS

为配合今年理大中秋的主题“童幻”，因此吉祥物设计的灵感倾向于神话的风格。最终，我们以家喻户晓的中秋神话故事主角嫦娥与后羿作为理大中秋嘉年华2016的吉祥物。小时候只要一提到中秋，脑袋瓜就自然而然地想到了吃下长生药飞天的嫦娥和勇射下九个太阳的后羿。

而嫦娥最后因欲阻止蓬蒙而自个儿吞下了长生不老药，从此就与后羿过着天地两隔绝的生活。虽然他们都渴望着能够继续幸福下去，可是往往结局却造化弄人。但，就算如此，凄美的两人还是一直努力地想见对方一面。

In conjunction with this year's theme ‘Childhood Fantasies’, the design of the mascots is mainly based on legends. Therefore, the well-known Chang'E and Houyi are chosen to be our mascots for USM Mid-Autumn Festival 2016. As children, the image of Mid-Autumn Festival is always about Chang'E, who swallowed the elixir of life that made her fly to the moon; not forgetting Houyi, who shot nine out of ten Suns down.

After Chang'E realised that she could not defeat Peng Meng, she swallowed the elixir of life immediately and flew to the moon. Since then, Chang'E was separated from her husband, Houyi. However, both of them still made efforts to meet each other no matter how hard the situation was.
